Hadron Privacy Policy¶
Effective: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Baragaun, Inc. ("Baragaun," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use Hadron, including the Hadron websites, portal, APIs, command-line tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Hadron is a knowledge-memory platform for AI agents and developer tools.
The Hadron Chrome Extension has an additional, extension-specific privacy notice.
Information we collect¶
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and profile information. This may include your name, email address, handle, profile image, authentication-provider identifier, and organization or team memberships.
- Content and configuration you provide. This includes memories, nodes, prompts, files, conversations, agent and App configuration, and other content you choose to store or process with Hadron.
- Integration data. If you connect a third-party service, Hadron may process the account details, credentials or tokens, and content needed to perform the actions you request. The exact data depends on the integration and the permissions you grant.
- Usage and technical information. We may collect IP address, browser or device information, request and error logs, security events, feature usage, and service-performance data.
- Communications. We receive the information you include when you contact us for support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Transaction information. If you purchase a paid offering, we and our payment providers may process subscription, billing, and transaction records. We do not need to store complete payment-card details to operate the Service.
Sign in with Google¶
When you choose Sign in with Google, Hadron requests only the OpenID Connect
scopes openid, email, and profile. Google provides Hadron with a stable
Google account identifier and may provide your email address, whether Google
has verified that address, your name, and your profile image.
Hadron uses this information only to authenticate you, create or link your Hadron account, prevent account takeover, and fill otherwise-empty profile fields. Hadron verifies the signed Google identity token. The access token returned during sign-in is discarded after the exchange and is not stored for later Google API access. This sign-in flow does not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, your Google password, or other Google product content.
Other Google-powered Hadron features, if offered, use separate opt-in connections and authorization grants. The permissions and data needed for those features are presented when you connect them; they are not granted by Sign in with Google.
Hadron does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We disclose Google user data only as described in this policy and only as needed to provide or secure user-facing Hadron features.
How we use information¶
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users and administer accounts, organizations, and permissions;
- store and process content and carry out actions you request;
- provide support and send service-related communications;
- monitor reliability, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect the security of Hadron and its users;
- measure usage and administer subscriptions or usage limits; and
- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.
When we disclose information¶
We may disclose information in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors may process information on our behalf for infrastructure, storage, email delivery, security, support, analytics, payment processing, and similar operational services. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- At your direction. We send information to an AI provider, capability tool, or third-party integration when you configure or invoke that service. The third party's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Collaboration. Content and account details may be visible to other members of an organization, App, or shared memory according to the access controls you or your organization configure.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the Service.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage¶
Hadron uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security, OAuth state, and user preferences such as theme. We do not use them for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion¶
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate operational, security, legal, and compliance purposes. Retention depends on the type of information and why we hold it. For example, account and content data generally remain while your account is active; security and audit records may be retained longer when needed to detect abuse or meet legal obligations.
You can delete supported content through the Service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain secure backups. Residual copies may remain in backups until they are overwritten in the ordinary course.
Security¶
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights¶
You can update certain profile and content information in Hadron, disconnect integrations, and revoke credentials. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children¶
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
International processing¶
Baragaun is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy¶
We may update this policy as Hadron changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
